"Overall, we had a good stay at Zonar Zagreb by Maistra City Vibes.
Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The reception staff were very kind, and we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room, which was greatly appreciated.
The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable overall. The only issue was that the coffee was not served hot. On one occasion, a very kind member of the breakfast staff happily prepared us a fresh hot coffee. However, on the third day, another staff member refused and told us that hot coffee was only available for an additional charge. The inconsistent approach was a little disappointing.
The main area that needs improvement is housekeeping. During our stay, the room was only lightly serviced. The towels were replaced and the bed was made, but the bedsheets were not changed. The floor was not mopped, and the tables and stools were not wiped down. A more thorough cleaning would have made the stay much more comfortable.
Apart from these points, the hotel was good. The location was convenient, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. With more consistent housekeeping and customer service at breakfast, this would be an even better place to stay."
