"Awesome front desk and the concierge services, one of my favorite places to stay in nairobi. Great breakfast and restaurant choices in the premises"

"room spotless, great staff"

"We had a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms...it was clean and beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, they took very good care of us. The hotel is attached to a mall, which was very convenient, and one day they had a local 'market' off the food court with several vendors, which made shopping for souvenirs easier. We enjoyed our stay at Yaya Hotel and would stay here again."

"Really good location, shops, restaurants club nearby, withing walkable distance, everything else within 20-25 minute cab ride. Bed very comfortable. Good size balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Only 2 negatives, no washing machine and the traffic noise in the early morning is loud. Overall I really liked it and would definately return. "

"Very good location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms recently redecorated, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was very slow at lunch and dinner which meant we sometimes went out. Breakfast had diverse options and efficient. Overall highly recommended as a good value hotel in the city centre."
