"The room is very dated and poorly maintained. There is mold stains in the grouts and staining in the fabric of furnitures and walls. We paid extra 1200NTD per night to upgrade the room but the supposedly renovated room still does not meet modern standards. I am very surprised this hotel has a 5 star rating. the staffs are nice though. "

"The location is excellent and it’s very easy to take public transportation to other places. The staff are very nice and courteous, which made the stay pleasant. The room was clean, although it was smaller than expected. One nice bonus was the VIP lounge access before check-in, which was a great place to relax while waiting for the room. The hotel also offers free laundry facilities, which is very convenient for travelers. However, some of the dryer machines were not working properly during our stay. The paid breakfast is something you don’t want to miss. There is a wide variety of food and most of it tastes great. If you don’t have time to sit down and eat, they even allow you to pack your food to go, which is a very thoughtful option for tourists. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and convenient amenities."

"Everything in this property is on point. Very accommodating staff who are friendly and always at hand. The location is perfect in the middle and walkable to the pier, LRT, public transportation. Do not forget to try Celebrity Cuisine on the 12th floor. "
