Unfortunate service experience. Check in was unfortunately slow, and in my opinion could have been properly managed if front desk staff avoid making small talks with check in guest if there is a long queue of guests waiting behind the line to check in. There was also a bad experience at the car parking basement when i was driving my car out of the hotel. The car park attendant asked to see my car parking coupon which i handed to him, however it was very unusual for him to demand to see my car registration ownership license and also my driver license to verify that i am the owner of the car!? I had explained to him that I stayed in the hotel and had registered the car to my room. After spending some time explaining, he told me it's ok and i can leave. I do not see this happening to other hotel guest driving out of the parking lot and was rather disappointed and doubtful over such action. Definitely not the best experience to be spending the weekend in this hotel.
