"Hotel was located directly on the beach and has good facilities. The only improvement i could recommend is the staff interaction, especially for the Restaurant Managers at the buffet areas."

"My issue was my reversations. I made a reservation for two rooms Mo day to Monday. When I arrived my rooms were not available for two nights. I was moved to their sister hotel 25 minutes away. There was no communication of this prior to arriving. I came to the hotel at 9:15 pm and was dismissed to the other hotel with no explanation. They felt since the sister hotel was a 5 star that thos would accommodate my family and I. I feel there should of been better communication prior to my arrival."

There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star.
