"Staff were excellent. Very friendly and were excited to promote Aizuwakamatsu and the Fukushima mascot, Akabeko. Helped me by moving me to a non-smoking room after I had mistakenly booked a smoking room. Breakfast was okay, and free. Parking is on-site via a mechanical tower. One elevator for 11 floors - the elevator is often crowded, with a queue sometimes. My only problem was that the rooms are not soundproofed, the other guests on my floor were extremely noisy and could be heard through the walls and shouting in the corridoor."

"This was a typical business hotel. The rooms were bit an outdated. Staff was courteous and professional. I’m very grateful to the staff for recovering something I for The hotel is conveniently located near Aizuwakamatsu Station. "

"Really great spot, staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast and dinners were great, the Onsen was nice and relaxing, make sure you bring cash if you want to explore town because none of the buses accept IC cards"
