He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. "The facilities at the Hard Rock hotel were amazing, we stayed in the Gold Villa with a private pool, which lead to the ocean. Calm seas. The choices and quality of the restaurants was very good. We particularly loved the beach club in the Marina, which had a swim up bar and poolside restaurant. "

"We had a lovely 9 night stay on this small island resort. We stayed in a room for the first 5 nights and then treated ourselves to an upgrade in a sunset water bungalow for 4 nights. Both types of accommodation were clean and comfortable. The bungalow added something a bit special with a glass floor to watch the fish. A visit to the spa for a Balinese massage was lovely. The food served in the buffet restaurant was very good and each day there were plenty of options to choose. The staff were all very helpful. Our waiter, Shareef, was excellent. Visam made the transfer to our bungalow completely seamless. The snorkelling was very good. Yes, much of the coral has died but there is still an abundance of sealife including sharks, rays, turtles and triggerfish. The shark feeding sunrise cruise is a must-do. The only downside of our stay is a large resort development that is being built close to one side of the island. On some days, the noise of the building works was very noticable. This is beyond the control of the Adaaran resort, but it is a shame that such a large development is being constructed so close to an exisiting resort."

"Food was amazing, but the same food every day, except for one BBQ day. The room was excellent with a spectacular view of the sea and birds chirping. There was no problem with the internet, but there were times when there was no signal. Overall, I recommend everyone to stay, and the employees treat customers with the same level of class as the customers treat them."
