"Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Clean and liked the option to request the room is not cleaned for a day, for which the hotel would plant a tree. Great location and the room was lovely. Only element that wasn’t in the room that I would have liked were bathrobes, but that’s a small detail and we’d definitely stay again."

"We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

"PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

"This location is not close to anything. The early check in starts at 1:00 but nothing available. We did finally get checked in a little before 3:00. We explored the outside of the ship, where there is a small park which was very dirty with litter/trash and not well kept. Walking along the pier there was cigarette butts everywhere and some trash. Inside the ship hotel it was very warm.....no air flowing in the lobby. Our room was on the "A" deck at the very back of the ship....a long ways. ...

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and staff was welcoming. Our room was rather small but comfortable with well stocked essentials. Great location. They also offered bikes for use."

"Location is fantastic. Staff were great and the room was nice and clean. Only complaint was the smell coming from the bathroom. Smelt a bit like sewage. Other than that, it was a great hotel for cruisers waiting to get on the ship. Centrally located, walking distance from all the major attractions. Breakfast was great, and the service there was top notch."
