"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "The rooms were a decent size and the hotel had a modern Japanese aesthetic, I loved the natural colours and materials. Very well designed. The facilities and rooms were really nice and clean. The onsen was also a great addition which is free for hotel guests. They provide you with slippers and pyjamas to use around the hotel. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also really good quality with a lovely scent. The hotel is centrally located and easy walk to both the samurai and geisha districts. The Japanese breakfast is superb but might not be to everyone’s taste. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
