"Email sent after I requested info on checkin saying we were on our way-telling us we needed to bring towels. Someone working on shower when we arrived and did not get it fixed. Not enough amenities for number of people it says accommodates. Photos online must have been taken a few years ago-interior is well used."

"This hotel is within the Banff National Park on the Bow River. There are mountains everywhere you look and a beautiful nature trail that takes you right into downtown Banff which is along the river. The hotel experience was wonderful in all ways - beautiful room, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, (we did the Gold experience which I would highly recommend) heated pools, restaurants, and morning yoga classes. The staff were exceptional also. We can’t wait to return!"
