"Our first room we booked was dirty, toilet handle was broken, so we requested it be fixed, hairs on the bed, it was scheduled to be fixed the morning after we called we get back to the hotel after our activities to find our toilet still unflushable, front desk thankfully moved us to a new room after we complained again and the next room we were put in was not vacuumed as there were crumbs and other stuff on the floor, other that that it wasn’t horrible but gross regardless. Only nice part was not deposit was charged to our card. "
