This is our third trip to Hilton Waikoloa. The first two stays were truly serene and felt like a real vacation, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this visit has been very different.
We were placed in the Palace Tower, and from the moment we arrived, we have experienced non-stop construction every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. There are construction crews all around, loud noise throughout the day, and extensive metal scaffolding that we are required to walk under. It has been stressful...
