"Staff texted me the morning of check in. They were friendly and when we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower they came immediately. Good value, room was big and even provided water and toiletries. Only thing is they charged me tourist tax separately even though on Expedia it says we don’t need to pay it as it is included"
"When I reached my room to find that it was not house-kept, I carried my luggage and walked down to the front-desk for help. In less than half an hour, the staff informed me that the room was ready. It was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner was quiet. "
"Value for money and good for this price. Generally neat and clean. Space is ok. There is no hand-soap, small hand towel, and bathroom floor towel. Having these details would make the experience much better.
Note that the hotel itself does not have its own carpark or any free parking around. There is street parking outside the hotel which needs to be paid."
