"A nice flat, great for a family stay. However, the property was not clean upon arrival—there was a lot of dust and spider webs, which had attracted insects. The owner did clean everything promptly once we pointed it out. The kitchen was well-equipped with facilities like a coffee machine and kettle, but it would have been a thoughtful touch to provide a few teabags or some instant coffee, especially for guests staying just one or two nights. "Nice, safe neighborhood. Fairly long, 30 minute walk into town so a little bit more challenging to access the tourist areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly although check-in was at a different location than our apartments. Easy parking. Good jumping off point for areas around Ljubljana (Lake Bled, Postojna, etc)."

"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "
