"Great location and nicely newly built hotel
Reason not 5 star
- one of the room ( A ) has infested a lot of black bugs and we had to tell children not go into it and did not use the room at all
- the place has strong new construction smell when first entering after opening window for a night it improved "

"設備は立派ですが清掃は最悪です！床には足跡、お風呂のドアレール、トイレの排水口はカビだらけ、キッチンカウンターにはホコリ いったいどこを清掃して23000円も請求するのか理解できません！
