"The check in and checkout was efficiently handled. The onsen in the room was great. However some parts of the hotel needed to be spruced up. The shops outside the hotel were dated and most of them are not opened during the weekends. The restaurent 小花 was great"

"Perfect place to go but it looks so Japanese style. The rooms are so big. The blanket and sheet is so comfy and fluffy. Wanna bring back to my hometown. Anyway perfectly perfect And worth the money."
