"The room was absolutely spectacular! We have stayed at this resort multiple times and the rooms, service and staff are second to none. We love being right on the beach and the singer every night from 6-9pm under the tree is one of our favorite things. Mad shout out to GINA! In a world where customer service is on the decline, Gina made our whole stay incredible. That saint of a woman deserves a raise and made the Royal Lahaina our resort of choice when staying in Kaanapali! Can’t wait to come...
