"Excellent hotel away from the crowds. 15 minute walk from Haneda Airport if the free shuttle bus is not operating. The most amazing shuttle bus drivers, lovely and kind, and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, western food as well as japanese. All staff very pleasant. Water refill in the vending/ironing room. Views across the river added bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel."
"Approximately 2 blocks from KK Kamata station. Nice area with lots of dining options. Close to Haneda airport.
Decent size room, shower only but has both rainfall and hand shower heads.
Didn't purchase breakfast offering."
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
8/10 Good
"One night stay before our departure flight. Better than we expected for an airport hotel. Highly convenient, modern check-in at a kiosk that even prints your room keys. Perfect and efficient as we arrived late from our regional flight.
Staff are helpful. They have airport luggage trollies and even had a scale to weigh your bags.
Rooms were small but comfortable and had everything you need. Water in the fridge, luggage I had shipped from my previous hotel already in my room. Real a/c. Brilliant!
Breakfast buffet was good (Western and Japanese dishes), and restaurant staff attentive. It was included with my one night stay.
Glad we stayed here and make the long flight home so stress free. I highly recommend if you are flying back West."
"This was the first hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan and every hotel I stayed in after was a let down because of how clean and nice this one was. Room was always clean, the hotel was modern and beautiful, it was quiet, the black out blinds were amazing. The TV had Netflix pre installed which was a big plus. And the breakfast was really good and had plenty of options. I appreciate they had a boiled egg option since I'm pregnant and can't eat undercooked food. The staff were warm and polite always."
"Overall if you're looking for a clean hotel room to sleep in for a night or two this place is fine. I do not recommend the breakfast to anyone, it was overpriced for little to no options that I could eat while pregnant (a lot of the protein was undercooked and the eggs we practically raw) when I asked a question about the food I was told rudely that "that's all there is" so after paying approx 40$ cad for 2 people all we could eat was a piece of bread and a cup of apple juice. Extremely disappointing, as I stayed at the Metropolitan Haneda Hotel 10 mins away before and their food and service was far better. Oh and FYI the airport shuttle service is only for the morning :) did not know that when booking."
"Fantastic location in Yokohama.
Hotel situated on the 20th floor of an office complex and extending for 9 floors. Panoramic windows with panoramic views. Close access to subway. This is a foodie area and every eatery was delicious.
The rooms are well proportioned and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Cool vibe.
Yokohama is so clean and far less congested then downtown Tokyo.
Right by the ocean and access to the waterfront and many interesting cultural activities. Definitely a place to stay."
