"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. "Very nice room. Friendly staff."

"Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped arrange long-term parking and answered many questions that we had. Great location near restaurants, shopping and old town square."

"Alles war in ordnung"

"Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again."

"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. After checking in and getting the room, everything was fine. The room is a good option for a short term visit or TDY."

"깨끗한 객실과 주변 상점 환경이 좋습니다. 직원도 친절합니다"

"I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!"
