Staff was extremely helpful, the first run had a odor and they quickly fixed it but moving rooms. They even helped us to the new room. The food was amazing as well

Excellent stay. Clean room, comfy bed and large space for the room. Only thing negative is some tv channel didn’t work, however they have a HDMI cord ready already plugged into the tv for you to watch some shows from your laptop. Great stay, I will be back there

Extremely loud inside my room; I heard people vomiting, screaming, fighting, and honking horns 3 of the 6 nights I was there until about 5AM. The AC was broken. The most significant thing that I am deeply disturbed by is after I checked out, I received a call from reception regarding an item in my trash can and asked if I meant to leave it behind.They went through my TRASH!! That’s very personally violating! The staff was otherwise awesome.

Love the location and distance to shops and restaurants, very walkable. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working in my room. However, weather cooled down and the open window was pleasant. The staff was excellent as usual! Whenever we are in the area we try to stay at SAKS!
