"Our room was 80°F when we entered. Despite a visit from maintenance and a few conversations, the room never got below 76°F. The a/c turns off when you leave the room and this apparently cannot be remedied. This is not our first stay at this hotel, and we took the offered upgrade for this room. We found it very difficult to sleep in the heat. Otherwise, the hotel was good. "

"The best part about the hotel was its location. It was next to the train station and underground. There was a tram that ran from near the hotel to downtown. Very convenient. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again."
