Royal Kona Resort
Housekeeping did a good job in cleaning the room daily. People are so nice. Front desk are so informative and very clear in explaining everything however they need to smile more so that will feel more welcome:) Amenities are great as well. The lagoon, laundry room,swimming pool and restaurant.

OUTRIGGER Kona Resort and Spa
Resort location was superb. Ocean view room was spectacular! Loved the adult only pool as well as the on property market which we frequented often.
