スタッフさんは少人数です。 とても丁寧でにこやかに対応していただきました。 客室は広くはないですが、清潔で必要最低限そろえられているので不自由しなかったです。 シャワーと洗面台の水を出す時に ちょっと間違えやすいです。 部屋においてある寝間着はボタンタイプではなく、帯を巻くタイプなので寝てる間にはだけて少し嫌だったのでマイナス１でした。

今回初めて利用させてもらいました。ダブルの桜島が見える部屋でした。部屋の設備すべてにおいて、『かゆいところに手の届いた』きめ細やかな設備に満足しました。 常に、宿泊者目線のホテルのサービスにはすごく満足いたしました。部屋に備え付けの書物もまったくもって当たり前で日本人として精神の落ち着ける空間を提供してもらい心休まる満足行く宿泊になりました。

ホテルは駅から近いですが、鹿児島中央駅前が手前にあるので間違えるかも。 あと、エレベーターが1つだけなので、チェックアウト時や朝食時、乗るまで時間がかかるのが難点でした。 あとは文句なしです。 コンビニも近くにありますが、アミュをコンビニがわりに使いました。
