The people is extremely warm and welcoming, including reception and the lady serving us from check in to dining. The young lady can speak english, we have a great time there. We use the public onsen before dinner so there are not much people. The private onsen in the room also great, but will be a bit small if two people bath together. Will definitely recommend this place to people who want to experience Japanese traditional onsen culture and dining.

Unfriendly staffs from front desk to kitchen. Been to many ryokans around Japan for the past few years and this is by far one of the worst. Nearby room was being rowdy past 11pm and nothing was done to ensure a restful stay. Service was bad, quality of stay was bad, kaiseki dinner was average and disappointing. During meals at the restaurant, there was no staff waiting to welcome us for dinner and breakfast during one of the days we stayed. For the price paid, I would rather head back to the nearby Ryokan Tachibana Shikitei instead. There was no staff to assist with our luggages during check out and neither was there anyone to send us off or offer help like other Ryokans do. Tatami was not comfortable either with only 1 thin layer. Not sure what's the point to stay in suite rooms when there's no added benefits. Staffs were only friendly towards Japanese. Almost billed us wrongly for drinks we did not have. Absurd. No free drinks in the room unlike other Ryokans. Do not recommend.

今回傘寿のお祝いでお伺いしました。お出迎えや、客室のスタッフさん共に笑顔で対応してくれ、とても心地よく過ごせることができました。ありがとうございます。前もって傘寿の衣装をお願いしてあったのですが、木彫りのお祝いのプレートも頂き、本人もとても喜んでいました。食事の説明もわかりやすく気配りもして頂きありがとうございました。また露天風呂付き客室もくつろげて良かったです。また機会がありましたら、ぜひ宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

お風呂が２箇所あって、どちらも広く清潔でとても良かったです。気になったのは、最近できたホテルではないので仕方ないと思うがベッドからしかテレビが見えないのはどうかと思いました。

ゆのくに、文字通り源泉がとても素晴らしかった!! 旅館周囲は夜になると真っ暗で、かなり静かに過ごせた♪♪ 寝る前にもう一度温泉に行ったら、タイミング良く誰もおらず、大浴場も露天風呂も貸し切り状態で、パラダイスでした！

Hotel is big with 3 public onsen bath and a foot bath. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable. We can experience making free spa eggs ourselves. Staff are friendly and polite. There is staff to escort us to the room and explain the details of the hotel to us. Meals are good. Hotel provide free shuttle service and admission to 加賀傳統工藝村

今回は素泊まりだったので、温泉以外の施設等の事はわかりません。部屋に温泉用のバスタオルとタオルが用意されていたのですが、タオルは身体を洗うのに使用すると濡れてしまうので、できればハンドタオルくらいは洗面所に用意してもらえたらとおもいます。朝軽い朝食(飲み物とトースト)を用意してくれたのは、とても助かりました。

最高でした。正直なところ、この周辺は温泉街としてにぎわっている方ではないので、旅館内で旅を完結できるところの方が良いと思います。そういう意味で、天祥さんはいろいろ整っているので最高の宿でした。お湯もいいです。
