"Clean spacious room, friendly staff"

"The office should open till 6pm, when we turned up 5:10pm, no one was around. The wifi password written on the key pad and on the wall in the room but it didn't work. The room was very dated, the kitchen cupboards and drawers couldn't be closed properly, the shower wall leaked water after being used. Basically we were rather disappointed. "

"The room was large and clean. Bathroom and kitchenette were great. We had room 1 which is on the lower floor, nest to the entrance and under the part were the owners live. The large patio doors are about 2 feet from parking and that is your view. The back of the unit is the owners back yard so there are two small high glazed windows. For privacy you have to fully close the patio curtains so you feel like you are in a bit of a bunker. We were only there for one night so not a big deal but...

"Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts We had the pleasure of spending three days and three nights at Arcadia Lodge in Russell and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. "Well appointed room and lovely welcome from owners on arrival. Really good views of Russell township and the water / boats. Only thing I would say, bring some strong legs if you plan on walking - the driveway is STEEP hahaaaa. Had a very pleasant stay (5 nights)."

"If you like to sleep in, then the honeymoon suite is not for you. They have a dog and small children that wake you up early by running around above you. We also had to kill 8 big bugs( i know its a outdoorsy place and i expect some bugs but not 8) before we went to sleep that night. "
