"The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "

It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. "never experience this kind of hotel where towel would be changed only on wed. anyhow if i would go there again next time i would bring my own towels and there's no hair dryer in room, but this is good to save the cost. we can borrow at the reception when wanting one the slope is a bit far from the hotel so ...... it depends on how willing you are to walk"

"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "
