"If you need a clean room, comfortable bed and cold a/c after a long flight, the ABC will be the best value in Cebu City. I stay here every time I'm passing thru. It is just what I need before taking off the next day to my final destination. The surrounding area isn't great, but I'm not here to sitesee. I am always in transit after a late arrival. "

"I liked that the hotel was connected to a mall. So grabbing breakfast in morning was super convenient and it also had a grocery store in the basement which was nice. I never went up the escalator to see what was on the upper level though. The staff was very nice as well. I went with friends and two of us had little bugs like maybe ants in our room. The shower wand handle was broken and water drainage in shower and sink weren’t up to par. Decent for price I suppose but would look for something else if I came back to Cebu. "
