"Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and roomy, unlimited access to bottled water, coffee (surprisingly good), great ocean view, clean bed, bath, toilet. The only glitch was that it was quite noisy at night outside, sounds like a karaoke nearby, until just before midnight. Everything else was excellent!"

"The hotel is easy to find, and the room was clean and quiet—we slept very well. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. and includes egg-and-cheese sandwiches made by the lovely woman at the front desk. Cereal with milk, and instant noodles are also avaliable. She also kindly gave me a delicious steamed sweet potato—thank you! Coffee, ice, and cold water are available all day. There are plenty of convenient places to eat nearby, and getting around is easy. We’d recommend staying...

"Big hotel without a gym! The bed and pillows could be more comfortable. "

"Room was clean and they offer free snacks. Aside from those positives: 1)there were major stains on the walls in the room 2)8th floor fire exit was partially blocked with supplies that remained visible as the door remained open during the stay. 3)Also remained open and visible was the staff work area with cluttered supplies and laundries. 4)there is only a dozen parking spots on site. I saw a sign that a spill over lot is a couple of blocks away. 5)Not many open dining options in vicinity during...

"Clean room and very helpful staff. Good experience with such a stay"

"Clean room and nice staff but…. We stayed for 4 nights and we were told there would be no cleaning. Whilst I don’t have a major issue with that, it would have been nice to have been provided with more towels as they were insufficient for 4 people for 4 nights. It would also have been nice to have more than 2 toilet rolls for a family of 4 for 4 days rather than me having ti go to reception and ask for more! But the main issue is that I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised...
