"The apartment was spotless. I arrived late and while in constant communication with the Host, they were very accommodating. The apartment itself was lovely and the location perfect. Only a ten minute walk to the center of Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Super Lage zum Altstadtkern , kurze Erreichbarkeit aller Öffis, nur leider war der zabka der vor der Tür ist nicht geöffnet!"

"Excelente hotel, acogedor y buena ubicación"

"La ubicación es muy buena y el servicio es excelente. La propiedad requiere mayor mantenimiento y deben mejorar la higiene de toallas y ropa de cama."

"スタッフはとても親切で立地も便利、建物もおしゃれで、客室も広い"

"Loved this property. Warm welcome, excellent location, spacious and spotless. Would not hesitate to stay there again"

"Lovely apartment, but I need someone to carry my luggages up and down . "

"Great hotel, it was clean and the room we had was very big with everything you needed. We specially liked the water dispensers on every level. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location a short walk to the old town, with restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Would stay here again if we visit Krakow."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast very tasty. I'd stay again."

"The room was clean. It is small but ample enough for us, we spent most of the days exploring the city and surrounding areas. It is just a few steps from the main square with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helped us finding a polish restaurant nearby. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The only thing not done was the pods for the coffee machine were not replenished, so had to ask reception a couple of times for them. Breakfast was mainly continental...
