"We stayed here because the site indicated there was a kitchen available. If you are expected a fully equipped kitchen like Homewood or Residence Inn, you will be royally disappointed. There is a kitchen with NOTHING to use it with. No pots, pans, cups, utensils, nothing, no paper towel or even Kleenex. No room service, the beds don't get made or new towels for 3 nights stay. if you want anything you got to go down to the front desk. If you want pots pans, you can BUY a set from the front desk. The hallway smells of pot, the amenities is of absolute bare minimum. 2 rolls of toilet paper, one mini shampoo tube, 2 bars of miniature soaps, this is for 2 people/3 nights. Motion sensor light switches turns on through the night every hour or two hours, or 20 minutes, depending on if anybody rolls around on the bed while they sleep. There is a specific way of turning the switches off so that doesn't happen but no one tells you that at check in. The bed are uncomfortable and the midnight every night there are kids (teens?) coming back from somewhere and the hallway sounds like a party bus just dropped of 20 teens. We canceled a reservation from the Fairfield because of the "full kitchen" advertised. We paid exactly the same price as Fairfield. Front desk people are nice enough, but that's all you get. What else can I say besides we will never stay again. "
