"I was very dissatisfied with my stay. It was during stagecoach and for $1700 for three nights I will never stay there again. The room was completely filthy. Bedsheets were stained and dirty, floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while, the bathroom and shower still had hair from the previous traveler and was overall still dirty. The only thing I was very satisfied about was the cold AC"

"Room smelled like smoke! Staff didn’t want to move room claimed all booked! They sprayed room 2x helped a little.
Wife uses c-pap machine and not healthy to have even trace of smoke.
Staff informed us one of maids are smokers but could have been guest smoking by window. Told to speak to manager which was a waste of time!
Disappointed same usual don’t care about customer attitude!"
