Perfect for budget oriented travellers : staff is very professional and knowledgeable, property is clean and your basics are covered. The room could handled some cosmetic renovations though this was our second time staying at RCC and next time around we will still book there. "Upon entering I thought the hotel was new but I was wrong. It was built 8 years ago . The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccable- clean and spacious . Everything looked new . Obviously maintenance is high on the staff’s list . All amenities were clean & open. Breakfasts were good and varied- we stayed 3 nights. There was ample free parking. All in all I enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to people who decide to visit the Niagara Falls...
