"We woke after our first night to sewage backed up in the bathroom sink. We asked the staff to comp our room as NO ONE should pay to wake up to sewage in the sink. Later that day our toilet backed up. We moved rooms and I again asked to be comped for the first night. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager and for the first night charge to be removed, but neither transpired. I repeat - NO ONE should pay to wake up to sewage in their sink! "

"Breakfast was in a restaurant, paying separately. We did not use the service because the place was always packed of people and only one person serving clients. We did not have time to waste. However, there are several excellent breakfast places nearby that we used. "
