"The room was disgusting. Stains on the bedding, the walls, the floors, everything. There were bugs, dead and alive throughout the room. If you try to inform the staff of the multiple issues they will brush it off and say “oh the maids are usually great”, truthfully the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel originally opened. Definitely not a clean or safe environment."

"Breakfast staff was outstanding, daytime front desk team was great, nighttime not so nice. "

"Check in time is 4pm, we showed up at 3:50pm to be told the room wasn’t available yet. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive. We weren’t able to get our room until 5:21pm."

"We are In the process of a refund. My wife and I got back to our room and cockroaches were present. I was able to kill one but not the other two that went into the wall. We checked out and never ended up staying there. I presented the gentleman at the counter the dead one in a tissue and he was very apologetic but he couldn’t refund on cancel it. Unfortunately all hotels in the area were sold out due to a concert. We ended up driving home 3 hrs and arriving at 4am."
