This is A Real good hotel, the way you really want to feel and look like when you PAY to stay at a hotel, very nice and clean, so comfortable, so much space and everything looks bice and the breakfast is like a full time restaurant, very good, yes pool and hot tub are also so nice, thanks.

Front desk lady was very rude and nasty. She charged my credit card multiple times till it declined. Then she charged us multiple times for a pet deposit. She needs to be trained in customer service. The property itself is good. Rooms are clean and food is very good. This is an example of where one hotel employee can ruin a stay.

I was a last minute booking due to an issue with a vrbo and needed somewhere to stay the night with my dog. The front desk staff that checked me in were so kind and accommodating. As I was checking in I made a joke that its only my dog's second time in a hotel and she's a bit spooked by elevators- they were kind enough to offer me a ground level room which worked perfectly. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. I thought being near I-75 there might be road noise, but zero sound issues. The location was also really nice as it's near a lot of restaurants etc, but there was plenty of green space to take my dog outside. Couldn't recommend enough, I would absolutely stay here again.
