The room was very clean and the hotel itself looks very nice. There isn’t much to do there or any good seating areas. The “grab n go” area is tiny and definitely doesn’t look as good as they try and put it on the website. My biggest issue was that they were charging me for many unnecessary things like drinks and food I never ordered and even charging me for a second room even after I tried explaining we were just changing rooms. It was a redhead woman that wasn’t very helpful whatsoever with that reservation and gave us that charge. The next day I found someone else who was much more helpful and was able to figure out those charges for me. All the other staff are very sweet and efficient, it was just that one woman.
