"Consistent (always clean, very nice and helpful front desk, safe, best price in Hollywood). It’s “barebones”, so don’t expect to pay an amazing low price in the heart of Hollywood and receive “Four Seasons” Amenities””. You must be aware that NO rooms have air conditioning. If you can’t take the Heat this is not the Property for you. Each Room always has a Standing High Speed Fan. Other than the no air conditioning it’s still (at least for me) the best value in the Heart of Hollywood."
