"Amazing resort for families"

"Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."

"Hotel is located at old Haifa part. You can park at hotel which you have to pay 40 Shilkel but also you can park on street before you reach hotel and it's free. However, I stay 2 nights but they didn't give us new water bottles for second night. "

"This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. "I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease. "
