"Statues at Willowbrook and the room was upgraded and super clean and the jacuzzi tub was the star of the show. Huge bathroom as well. Loved the balcony to get fresh air. I thought all the indoor amenities listed were included in our stay but only the pool & hot tub were the rest you have additional costs for. But was super convenient not having to go far for all the activities. Staff went above and beyond for us! Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back again. "

"My room was in excellent condition. They are working on remodeling this hotel but I must have gotten one of the newly finished rooms.
We did not have time to use any of the extras that came with the room except breakfast and it was a good selection and the area was very clean."

"The room smelled like chemical fumigation had just happened in the room, the door DID NOT LOCK, and was never fixed despite staff being asked to. The shower DID NOT DRAIN at all and shower rod was hanging out of the wall. There was an open, rusted access panel that opened to a dusty space in the wall with pipes. Manager was supposed to call us to follow up but never did. Do not recommend"

"Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. "
