"Air conditioner was mounted to the window frame extremely noisy all night. Management blamed expeida for not having the room we paid for and finally moved us out of a first floor half underground room to second floor room which was still not what we reserved. After checking out we recieved an charge on our creditcard for a $500 smoking fee. No proof no explanation apparently a claim because of reservation dispute. Defiantly not a family hotel more a no tell hotel for business trips."
