The service is great and it feels home. I love the hot spring tub in the room, it’s clean, comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed the happy hour every day at 5pm and movie night at 8pm a lot. Would def come back again :)))

Rooftop infinity pool and onsen with view of surrounding mountains. open air, in room onsen on the balcony. Very good tea and tasteful Zen decor in each room. Very attentive and professional staff. Awesome things about the hotel: Free mini bar - refill on a daily basis. Happy hour - free flow drinks and snacks for 2 hours Nice bedroom slippers Many eateries around the hotel Size of family room is good for just 4 headcount only including toddlers Suggestions: Place bags in dustbin for cleanliness purpose.

Highly recommended! I really like the design of the room, and the well design of the common area. Unlimited welcome drinks (tea, wine, ect) and snacks (cookies, cake, etc). Staff are very helpful, my son had nose bleeding in the lobby, they helped out right away, and sent an ice pack to us. Just the view of the hot spring in the balcony got blocked a bit (I think it is a security reason) and the bathroom sink is a bit limited. Also, the price is very beautiful, about $200+/night!

Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great

The swimming pool is great. The room is clean. The selection of breakfast is not a lot but the quality is good. Also, I have seen the managers went check on facility a couple of times during my stay which says a lot. I will definitely come back.

The room is clean and neat. The amenities were completely provided. Nice design for the hot spring tub. Facilities in the hotel is great. Free happy hour with unlimited red/white wine and snacks for the hotel guests, swimming pool and public hot spring are available on the rooftop terrace. The complimentary breakfast has variety of local food, it'd be great if there's sashimi as some 5 stars hotel would most likely offer it.

Great location to the public hot springs and the main street. Loved the tub on the balcony. Had the family suite and it was spacious in size. Loved all the mini snacks and happy hour that they provided. Breakfast was more like brunch as it had a lot of different food options.
