Nice and quiet place with hotspring ensuite. Breakfast is at a joint 30 metres outside the hotel. Quality is so so but you get what you pay.

Overall - not perfect BUT decent!!!

Shady area BUT outstanding room! Service.. hm, not sure! Room is perfect & has tub with hotspring running water which is excellent!!! 💯 However, will NOT stay here again cuz too far from downtown area - 湯圍溝公園! (15 mins walk!)

One of those hotels that did not meet my expectati

For the price, you could find a better one close by. The only interesting thing in the hotel is the hot bath as seen in their listing and a bigger version at the common space that I didn’t try because I alr have one in my room. The room is subpar. The breakfast included is just a stub from the store across the street. The food ain’t bad but you would assume it’s a breakfast from the hotel. The staff are nice though. And gotta say, if you wanna hike Matcha Mountain, it’s a best spot. I ended up doing so and it was amazing. So as the waterfalls

溫泉旅店週五一晚850還要挑剔什麼？

只能說...這價位無敵... 什麼老舊，地點不方便，隔音不好，這些在絕對便宜之前都不值一提！！！ 週五晚上含稅台幣850塊，浴室裡私人大浴缸，房間乾淨床跟枕頭又好睡，找不到有什麼可以挑剔的地方！ 若非要說一個缺點，就是門的隔音稍差，牆壁不會都是門傳進來的，但我當天運氣很好，隔壁兩間房雖然有小孩但是都沒有吵鬧，非常愉快的體驗，下次有機會一定再訪！！！

我們住的是小木屋「高級四人房」不在本館，往前開車大概100公尺。房間大致上都很好，浴池很大泡湯很舒服，還有一個小浴池可以泡冷水。床就是很便宜的彈簧床（有種床塌陷了的感覺）+很便宜的綿花枕頭（填充量完全不足）對睡習慣獨立筒的人來說很不友善。冷暖氣運行大聲。價格很便宜，是家價格決定品質的商家

老闆服務態度不好，沒有溫暖貼心的待客之道

感覺飯店沒什麼人情味，客人大老遠跑過來連續訂房好幾天住宿，但是得到的服務卻是感覺沒有站在客人的角度詢問理解，沒有良好的溝通，特別是老闆老闆娘，好像不懂得待客之道，面對客人並不友善，令整體住宿體驗變得不好也放鬆不到，下次也許就不會再來了。

這次的住宿體驗很不好，連續住了將近一個禮拜，但是不論什麼並沒有賓至如歸的感受，特別是老闆娘很不友善，感覺不太懂得待客之道，感覺是沒有溫度的服務，不太能或站在客人的角度看事情或是理解客人的意思，前台溝通對談的態度也不是好，雖然因為地點喜歡時常光顧，整體感受也變得很不好了，下次也許就不會選擇再過來了。
