"The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

"Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants."

"Very nice resort, though starting to look a little worn in places. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and attentive. It is about a 20 min drive back and forth into town, so rental car is definitely helpful, unless you just plan to stay on the resort. Water taxi to Nevis comes straight to the Hyatt dock, which is nice. Only major complaint was the prices on the resort - while the room itself wasn’t terribly priced, the food, drinks and everything else for sale on site...

"The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! "
