You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 100 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 per cent reduction applies from 1–31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 0.90 per person, per night, up to 10 nights
• Cleaning fee: EUR 20 per accommodation, per stay.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 15 per person, per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 30 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 40 for check-in between 7:00 PM and midnight
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 30 per stay
• Bed sheets available for a fee (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels available for a fee (or guests may bring their own)
