"Traveling with our dog and this was a great stay. Very clean. Friendly staff and easy access."

"Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh. The grounds were beautiful and good for a morning or sunset walk. It is located outside of the community so plan to either order in (deliveroo app) or go out for dinner. "The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!"

"I would have just liked clearer instructions on how to enter. Other than that, perfect."

"Great hotel and location. Very helpful staff with organizing water taxis to and from train station."

"Room is super clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and busy ."

"We loved the room! It was very nice, the rooftop so perfect. Be prepared to climb steep stairs to get to lobby and rooms. Very worth it"

"Hay una distancia considerable para llegar a donde está el “ambiente” de la ciudad, Para personas con dificultades para caminar, no es recomendable"

"A complete rip-off – Avoid this hotel! Abzocke - Meide dieses Hotel. Don't make the mistake of booking this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms instead of one through Expedia. The hotel knew we were only two people and that the second room was never used. Despite Expedia intervening, they refused to issue a refund. Keeping the money for an unused room is outrageous and shows a complete lack of goodwill and customer service. The woman at reception was friendly. The room was dark, had bars...
