"Good flat with free parking. Good location close to the main street by car 2 minutes walking 10 minutes. "Fantastic experience! We were the first people ever to stay in this apartment under its current owners. It is located centrally to all the things you could want to see in the Old Town. 1-8 minute walk to all the key sites. Freshly updated. Great hosts. Kitchen available. Place is small but perfect for two people. "

"Very basic place with dated interior. One of the beds were broken with an uneven bed/matress base - we thought it was due to being an old place and did not report it at our arrival...however, once we checked out we were asked to pay for the uneven bed base even though we did not make any damage. "We had a top floor apartment with great sea view from the balconies. Very modern and clean. Only a ten minutes walk to a lovely beach and 5 minutes to the local grocery shop. Accessible to both the centre of Split and to Omis via bus. Good communication with the owner Ivica throughout our stay and happy to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Sandra was a great host - we got a flat tire on our way to the accommodation and she was very patient in her communications and waited for us to arrive. She also sent us a list of recommendations for booking activities and restaurants which was really useful. The room itself was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was great too, being opposite a supermarket and less than a 10-minute walk to the centre. Would highly recommend staying here! "

"The room is excellent, very comfortable room and bed. The view is great on both city and ocean view room. Wifi is also fast and stable. We got 1 room upgrade from City view to be Ocean view with separate living room and 2 bathroom inside. sparking wine is also complimented. Location is walkable to bus station, port and old town, also the beach. Just only breakfast is quite ordinary and not much variety. "
