"Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad — the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic.
The service was just as bad. The staff were unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted us, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. It...
