"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."

"This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"Nice traditional hotel. Lovely staff. Decor would benefit from an update. Fixtures , fittings and furnishings need a refresh. Didn’t like having 2 single duvets on a double bed. "These apartments are well furnished, laid out, and stocked. My only complaint was that they didn’t state how much stuff would be available in the flat (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits) and downstairs (coffee machine and breakfast pastries), so we brought more than we needed. The fact that these are upstairs from the bus station also means that it is so easy to get everywhere without a car and the buses on Jersey are much improved!"
