"Rooms are spacious and terrace provides great view of manhattan. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The views were lovely, the room was clean, and everyone was very kind and helpful."

"Avoid staying at this hotel. I have two additional charges on my Visa. An additional $430 was taken from the hotel. I've spoken to front desk and guest relations, and this issue still hasn't been resolved. Extremely frustrating."

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff truly set the tone — they were great, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It’s the kind of warm welcome that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, exactly what you need to relax and recharge. The famous DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a nice touch too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...

"The location was perfect for anyone who wants to park their cars and walk a short distance to the train station! The staff were extremely friendly and the included breakfast was of course a huge bonus! Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit NYC!"
