"This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, it was super clean, smelled nice, breakfast was so good and service was excellent. The room had a huge stocked kitchen, full size bathroom. We will definitely be returning whenever we're are in the area again. "

"The lady at the front desk was awesome! I screwed up the dates on my reservation & she helped me straighten it out. The hotel is old & does need some tlc. It isn’t the roomiest but served its purpose. There are a ton of places to eat nearby. It is by the freeway & you can hear everything. My neighbor’s were very loud. They were yelling at each other with kids screaming & a dog barking throughout the night. I had to turn my tv on & the volume up. There seems to be a lot of that people that may live here & were very nice people. I did see a roach but only 1. Don’t like them but grew up in a downtown neighborhood of a big city in the east so just 1 doesn’t spook me. I loved the parking right outside my door. "

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with genuine Southern hospitality. Every request—whether it was a recommendation for nearby restaurants or a late checkout—was handled with a smile and a willingness to help. It’s the kind of service that sticks with you. Breakfast is complimentary and surprisingly satisfying, with hot options like eggs, sausage, and waffles alongside fresh fruit and coffee. The outdoor pool is another welcome perk—clean, quiet, and perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. In short, Best Western Charleston Inn proves that affordable doesn’t have to mean average. "

"The team at the Dunlin was so thoughtful in making our wedding night special! Ally even wrote us a handwritten card congratulating us on our wedding! It was a beautiful facility kept on top notch condition. Their attention to detail was incredible. We had dinner at Linnette’s the night before the wedding and breakfast there the next morning. It was perfect! Will be coming back! "
